She was always available to answer questions. If she was unavailable to answer our phone calls (which was rare!), she returned our calls very promptly. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was flexible to show us homes in any location that we had an interest in. She is so pleasant and professional. We ran into a few hiccups with the inspection of the home we were purchasing. She was so attentive to every detail and helped us to resolve every single thing in a timely fashion!
